Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect personal information across our platform and services. Key principles are summarized below.

What We Collect

We collect publicly available professional data (job titles, company info, career background) to power our sales analytics. For subscribers, we also collect account credentials, communications, and marketing preferences. We do not collect consumer data such as health records, browsing history, age, or financial status.

How We Use It

We use your data to deliver our AI-powered sales enablement service, process subscriptions, improve the platform, and communicate with you. We may also use anonymized, aggregated data for research. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who We Share It With

We may share your data with our affiliates, service providers (e.g., hosting, support, analytics), payment processor Stripe, and professional advisors. We may also disclose data as required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not share your data with other organizations without your consent.

Data Retention & Security

We take organizational, technical, and physical measures to protect your information during transmission and storage. Aniline/SalesAssistIQ is headquartered in the US; data may be stored in the US or other countries. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Your Rights & Choices

You may review, update, or delete your personal information at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA, including the right to access, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal data. You will never be penalized for exercising these rights.

Data Use Addendum

Our Data Use Addendum (DUA) sets the standards for how SalesAssistIQ and its partners handle your data. All contracts with vendors, service providers, and third-party data recipients include these commitments.

How vendors and service providers may use your data

Third-party vendors we work with are strictly limited to using your data only to perform their specific role in delivering our service. They may not sell, share, or repurpose your data for any other use — including advertising — and must protect it with the same standards we hold ourselves to.

Subcontractors and data at end of service

If a vendor uses a subcontractor, that subcontractor is bound by the same data protection obligations. When a service relationship ends, vendors must delete or return all personal data unless retention is legally required.

Your data in our customers' CRM systems

Analytics outputs delivered to a customer's CRM may include professional information on individuals identified as company influencers. Both SalesAssistIQ and the receiving customer are independently responsible for complying with applicable data privacy laws regarding that data.

Breach notification and security

All parties are required to implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. In the event of a personal data breach, SalesAssistIQ and its customers are obligated to promptly notify each other and cooperate on investigation and remediation.
